Tomato Health Juice

Fresh tomato juice is a healthy and delicious beverage that provides a variety of vitamins and minerals. It’s easy to make at home with just a few simple ingredients. What you’ll need:

  • 2/3 SOF tomatoes, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1/2 SOF cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 SOF bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Pinch of salt and pepper or chili (optional)
  • Handful fresh SOF parsley or cilantro (optional)

What you’ll do:

  1. Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drain through a sieve to achieve smooth consistence.
  2. Season with salt and pepper or chili/tabasco and enjoy!
