Shipping and replacements

Shipping process & delivery times

We ship fresh produce to various areas around the country. We do not charge a delivery fee for our Golden Box. This applies to the destinations we deliver within our regular delivery schedule. We deliver to each area one day a week, as it’s the most efficient way to get farm-to-home produce with the least amount of emissions. Your box will be delivered between 11 am and 7 pm on:

SUNDAY – Garden City l Downtown l Nasr City l Heliopolis (place your order by Saturday 12 pm)
MONDAY – Maadi (place your order by Sunday 12 pm) l El-Gouna (place your order by Sunday 12 pm)
TUESDAY – Zamalek l New Giza l AL-Solaimaneyah l Dokki l Mohandeseen l Agouza l City View l Giza (place order by Monday 12 pm)
WEDNESDAY – New Cairo l Rehab l Katameya Heights (place your order by Tuesday 12 pm)
Alexandria (place your order by Monday 12 pm)
THURSDAY – 6th of October (place your order by Wednesday 12 pm) 

We may need to confirm your order by phone – kindly save our farm number 0101 89 44 699. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm.


Payment methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card) for online payment in our onlineshop. We also accept cash on Delivery (COD). With longer subscriptions, you can choose to pay COD all at once (first delivery) or weekly as the subscription runs. Please inform us in the comments form of the checkout which way you prefer. All prices shown are in Egyptian Pound. If an order is refused or returned to Sara’s Organic Food Inc., due to inaccurate information or incorrect address or because it was declined or undeliverable, Sara’s Organic Food Inc.. reserves the right to retain the original shipping fee, and also the costs incurred related to the shipment being returned. 


Returns Policies

Have you ordered shelf-life items from Sara´s Organic Food? Purchases of shelf life items (except fresh produce) made at www.sarasorganicfood.com are eligible for a refund if registered within 1 day from the day you receive the package. Please call our Customer Service department via WhatsApp or Telephone on 0101 89 44 699 or email at orders@sarasorganicfood.com, to get the authorization for the return. Please note, that refunds will be issued on the same credit card used for the original purchase. If you return a product to Sara’s Organic Food Inc. you will assume all return charges. Shelf life items, which were correctly registered for return, shall be picked up with the following box delivery.

Please note: Prior authorization is required for any return. The shelf life item must be returned in its original condition. We will not accept any returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or cut. We are unable to issue any refunds if you register later than one day from the date you received the order.


What is your cancellation policy for event tickets?

If our clients cancel their attendance to the event experience, 72 hours before, they will receive a total refund of their ticket price. If our clients cancel their attendance to the event experience, 48 hours before, we will refund their ticket with a deduction of 25% from the ticket price. If our clients cancel their attendance to the event experience, on the same day of the event, we will deduct 50% from the ticket price and refund 50% back to the client.

Reclamation and Replacement

Something you ordered, was missing from your delivery? Your box was not delivered, although you informed us that you wish your delivery? A product within your delivery was not up to standard or faulty/broken when it arrived? This should not happen! We are very dedicated to getting everything right during our packing and delivery process – but after all, it is human to make mistakes. In the unfortunate case, that something went wrong with your delivery – please do let us know via WhatsApp or Telephone on 0101 89 44 699 or write an email on info@sarasorganicfood.com. We will for sure make it up to you!
