Garlic Mint Yoghurt Sauce

What you’ll need:

  • 1 tablespoon SOF fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon SOF dried mint, rubbed
  • 1 tablespoon SOF fresh lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon SOF honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 full-fat Greek yogurt or normal yogurt
  • 1 SOF garlic clove, grated

What you’ll do:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve the sauce with basically any dish! On curries, grilled veggies, Mahshi, etc.
  2. If your fresh mint becomes wilted and wet in the fridge, take it out and leave it out to dry for 5-7 days on a plate. Rub and crush the leaves then save them in a jar to use as a dry ingredient – you can do that with any old fresh herb!
