What you’ll need:
- 1 tablespoon SOF fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon SOF dried mint, rubbed
- 1 tablespoon SOF fresh lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon SOF honey (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 full-fat Greek yogurt or normal yogurt
- 1 SOF garlic clove, grated
What you’ll do:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve the sauce with basically any dish! On curries, grilled veggies, Mahshi, etc.
- If your fresh mint becomes wilted and wet in the fridge, take it out and leave it out to dry for 5-7 days on a plate. Rub and crush the leaves then save them in a jar to use as a dry ingredient – you can do that with any old fresh herb!
