Cucumber Ginger Lime Juice

Cucumber Ginger Lime Juice is a delicious and nutritious beverage that can help you stay healthy and fit. What you’ll need:

  • 2-3 SOF cucumbers, peeled and cut
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 4 SOF limes, juiced
  • fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped (preferred amount)
  • 4 tablespoons SOF honey (as per taste)

What you’ll do:

  1. In a small pot over medium-high heat, add water and let it begin to boil. Once boiling, add chopped ginger, lemongrass, and mint leaves and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Once done, let it cool for 10 minutes then take out the lemongrass stalks. Add the mixture (leaves + chopped roots included) to a blender along with cucumbers and blend on medium-high speed until smooth
