Honey-Lavender Lemonade

Honey lavender lemonade is a refreshingly healthy and soothing drink that can be enjoyed all year round. What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup SOF raw honey, wildflower or clover
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender 
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed SOF lemon juice, strained
  • Ice cubes

What you’ll do:

  1. Bring 2 1/2 cups water to boil in a medium pan then remove from heat and add honey, stirring to dissolve.
  2. Add the lavender to the honey water, cover, and let steep for at least 20 minutes or up to several hours, to taste
  3. Strain the mixture and discard lavender and pour the infusion into a glass pitcher.
  4. Add lemon juice and another 2 1/2 cups of cold water. Stir well.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use, or pour into glasses half-filled with ice, then garnish with lavender.
