Plum Sorbet

This Plum Sorbet is a delicious and refreshing treat that is sure to tantalize your taste buds with its unique combination of sour and sweet flavors. Apart from our favorite plums – this recipe can be prepared with any stone fruit availabe in season. Enjoy this mouthwatering, healthy dessert and stay fresh!

What you’ll need:

  • 4 cups SOF plums, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup SOF honey or more as preferred (or agave)
  • 1 SOF lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • ½ cup mineral water 

What you’ll do:

  1. Add plums to a blender then add all the other ingredients.
  2. Blend on high until the fruit is pureed; you can choose to strain or not (preferably not)
  3. Pour into a bread loaf tin or another freezer-safe container, wait an hour or two then give it a stir then leave to freeze for 2-3 hours more. 
  4. You can have it as a sorbet or you can re-blend it to make a cool vegan smoothie!
